How Rotely texts work
Rotely texts bar owners, managers and staff about their own bar's account. We never send ads or promotions, and we never text anyone who hasn't said yes.
What we send
- Sign-in codes
- Count links and count reminders
- The weekly summary
- Alerts about your stock, like something running low or a price going up
- Order drafts for you to approve
- Billing notices for your account
Message frequency varies with how you use Rotely, usually a few texts a week. Msg & data rates may apply.
Two ways to sign up
1. The sign-up form on rotely.co
When a bar signs up on rotely.co, the form has this box. It starts unchecked, and checking it is optional:

If the box is left unchecked, we don't text that number. We use email instead.
2. Texting START with a join code
An owner adds their managers and staff in the Rotely app. Each person gets a join code from the owner and texts it to (325) 221-4683, for example START RTLY-AB12C. Rotely sends nothing else to that person until they do. Their first text back from us is:
Rotely: Welcome to Rotely. What's your first name? Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
If someone on a bar texts our number before they've said yes, we send one reply and nothing more:
Rotely: Reply START to get your bar's count link and Monday summary. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Help and stopping texts
Text HELP to (325) 221-4683 for help, email support@rotely.co, or call (325) 221-4683.
Text STOP at any time. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, text START.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays private
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
