Do I need new hardware?
No. Rotely runs on the phone and computer you already have.
Does it work with my POS?
Rotely reads your POS's daily emailed sales report, so there's nothing to connect. Most POS systems can email a daily sales report; we'll check yours.
How long is setup?
Plan on about two weeks from your first invoices to your first count. Most of it is on us: you send invoices and your daily sales report, and we build your products, shelf order and pars from them. Nothing to install, no integration to wait on.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, no setup fee. Cancel or pause any time with a text. Your data is yours: export it any time, even after you leave. You don't pay until your first full count is done.
Who sends the orders?
You approve every one. Rotely drafts the order; nothing goes to a supplier until you sign off.
Is my data private?
Only your team sees your bar's numbers, plus Rotely support when you ask for help. We don't sell your data.
I already use inventory software. Do I start over?
